The Regulatory reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, is the sole piece of legislation that covers everything regarding Fire Safety. The Responsible Person must insure that all employees receive fire safety training and that they have enough Fire Marshals to cover the premises. Fire Risk Assessments must be carried out and if you have five or more staff it must be a written Fire Risk Assessment, which all staff are made aware of. This course covers in detail the role and duties of a Fire Marshal.
To help you to keep all your records in one place you can download a free Red Arrow Training Fire Risk Assessment Log Book.
